Join colleagues to celebrate the start of the new academic year at our annual Community Breakfast!

Enjoy a warm welcome and an overview of our community’s goals for the year ahead. We will also recognize the recipients of the 2026 President’s Awards for Exemplary Staff Service and Long-Term Service Awards.

  • Pick up breakfast in the W.F. Mitchell Centre Main Gym and head into the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Events Centre

To support sustainability efforts and minimize food waste, a ticket is required to claim your breakfast. If you do not have a ticket, you will be welcome to join colleagues for the remarks and award portion, but we will not be serving breakfast to those without a ticket.

Your ticket will be scanned as you enter the W.F Mitchell Main Gym to pick up your breakfast, so you MUST download your ticket to your smartphone or present a hard copy of your ticket.

How to claim your ticket

IMPORTANT: Tickets will show as unavailable until you log in using your central login credentials.

  1. Click on the red "RSVP Now" button above to access Gryphons Tickets.
  2. In Gryphons Tickets, click on the yellow button in the top-right corner to log in or register. You need to create an account if you do not already have one.
  3. Once you are logged into your account, the option to claim your ticket will be available in the green box. You may need to come back to the Community Breakfast page, and re-click the red "RSVP Now" button above after you have logged into your Gryphons Tickets account.
  4. Follow the instructions and answer the questions to claim your ticket.

The website may experience a high volume of traffic, if the site appears to be down, please try again later.

Deans, directors, chairs and supervisors will be asked where possible to provide time for all those who wish to attend.
