Renowned Writer, U of G Alum Featured in National Newspaper

U of G graduate Jane Urquhart, one of the most widely read and discussed novelists in Canada, was featured in the cover story of the “Books” section in the Globe and Mail Saturday. The story centred on Urquhart’s new novel, A Map of Glass.

Urquhart earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from U of G in 1971 and is the author of several award-winning novels, books of poetry and short stories. She received an honorary doctorate of letters from U of G in 1999.
