U of G to participate in Ontario Universities' Fair
The University of Guelph and the University of Guelph-Humber will take part in the Ontario Universities’ Fair this weekend at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The event is expected to attract more than 65,000 prospective students and their families.
The fair is the largest off-campus recruitment event of the year. It gives prospective students and their parents the opportunity to view displays, handbooks and presentations and have their questions answered by representatives from all Ontario universities.
Staff from U of G’s Admissions Services and the University of Guelph-Humber will be on hand during the fair to answer questions about Guelph programs and services. Faculty, staff and students from across campus will also share their expertise and detailed knowledge. Fair visitors are primarily senior high school students and their families, teachers and guidance counsellors from the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
The Ontario Universities’ Fair is being held at the south building of the convention centre. Hours are: Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. More information is available online at http://www.ouf.ca.
