U of G celebrates Homecoming 2004
The University of Guelph’s annual Homecoming celebration will be held Sept. 24 and 25, with the football Gryphons hosting the Ottawa Gee-Gees at Alumni Stadium Saturday at 2 p.m.
The weekend begins Friday night with the Gryphon Hall of Fame dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Ramada Hotel.
The annual swim meet will be held Sept. 25 at 9 a.m. at the Athletics Centre. The Glory Bowl, featuring alumni Gryphon football players, begins at 10 a.m. at Alumni Stadium, to be followed by a luncheon and salute to U of G’s national football champions of 1932, 1933, 1936, 1938, 1939, 1947, 1948 and 1984. The luncheon is open to all U of G graduates.
The Human Kinetics/Human Biology Alumni Association is hosting a 5 km "Alumni in Motion" fun run in the Arboretum Sept. 25 at 10 a.m. To register, visit their website.

Football game tickets are $7 general, $5 for seniors and alumni, $3 for students and $1 for children under 12.
