Food scientist Massimo Marcone will appear on CBS Sunday Morning Nov. 20 as part of a segment on coffee. The show airs from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on channel 17 in Guelph. Reporter Steve Hartman visited U of G in October to speak with Marcone about his research on kopi luwak coffee — the $600-a-pound delicacy collected from the backside of an Indonesian feral cat called the luwak.
