Call For Last Lecturers

Nominations for the Last Lecture’s graduating student speaker and faculty speaker are being accepted until Feb. 10.
The annual lecture, which will be held April 6 in War Memorial Hall, gives graduating students an opportunity to reflect on their time at Guelph and to recognize their achievements inside and outside the classroom.
Students attending the lecture are encouraged to invite along a faculty or staff member who has contributed positively to their academic and personal growth.
The alumni speaker will be Cassie Campbell, a 1997 BA graduate who led Canada's national women's hockey team to a Gold Medal win at the 2002 Winter Olympics. She is also a veteran of five World Championships. As an undergraduate at Guelph, Campbell was captain of the varsity women's hockey team, led Guelph to the OWIAA Championship in 1995 and was a four-time All-Star.
