Autograph Session With Cassie Campbell Set

The U of G community is invited to a special on-campus autograph and question and answer session with Guelph graduate Cassie Campbell, captain of the gold medal Canadian women's hockey team April 6 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. RSVP by March 30 to eventrsvp@uoguelph.ca as space is limited.
Campbell is one of the most successful and recognizable players in women's ice hockey history. Captain of the Canadian national team since 2001, she is a six-time world champion and three-time Olympic medalist, collecting silver in 1998 in Nagano, gold in 2002 in Salt Lake City and gold in 2006 in Torino.
The 32-year-old, who originally hails from Brampton, Ontario, is a sociology and nutrition graduate from U of G and represented the hockey Gryphons from 1992-1996. In 1996, she was awarded U of G's W.F. Mitchell Award.
