Research by U of G sociology Prof. Jane Sprott was featured in this weekend's Globe and Mail.
The article focused on a study that Sprott conducted with University of Toronto criminologist Anthony Doob. It found that fewer young offenders are being found guilty of crimes and sentenced to jail terms since the Youth Criminal Justice Act came into effect in 2003.
