Food Scientists Featured in National Media

U of G food science professors Mansel Griffiths and Keith Warriner are featured in the Globe and Mail today in an article about the discovery of salmonella in a Hersey's chocolate factory.
Griffiths, who is also the director of the Canadian Institute for Food Safety Research, was also interviewed on CBC Radio's Here And Now on the contamination scare.
