U of G Participating in Thanksgiving Food Drive

The University of Guelph is helping the Guelph Food Bank with its Thanksgiving Food Drive. The goal is to collect 80,000 pounds of food.
A bin has been set up in Human Resources, located on the fifth floor of the University Centre. Donations are being accepted from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. through Oct. 17.
Food items that are needed include canned fruit and vegetables, canned meats, fish and stews, rice, pasta, pork and beans, peanut butter, low- and no-salt foods, peanut-free snack foods and canned juices. Donations of baby diapers and formula are also welcome.
