Thank You from the President and Provost
March 26, 2013 - Campus Bulletin
Once again the University of Guelph community has amazed us. By yesterday's deadline, 100 per cent of colleges and departments across campus had uploaded their completed Program Information Request (PIR) forms to the Program Prioritization Process (PPP) site – an outstanding achievement by all measures.
We sincerely thank everyone involved in this process for your hard work and dedication, and for your commitment to the process. We realize that this has been an enormous task, on top of everything else you do.
Special thanks to the authors, submitters and technical and advising teams for your extraordinary work on this project. We are convinced that your ability to articulate and share information about our many programs and services will help us make better-informed decisions in the months ahead.
The PPP Task Force will now begin the huge task of reading and ranking all U of G programs; we expect them to submit their report to us on June 22, 2013.
In the meantime, sincere thanks once again for all your hard work and effort.
Alastair Summerlee and Maureen Mancuso
