Flu Clinics Update

The University has received word from the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health Unit that it’s extending the category of people eligible for H1N1 vaccines to include all individuals age 18 or younger, as well as anyone with chronic health conditions.
The University will be proceeding with two appointment-only flu clinics scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 17, and Wednesday, Nov. 18 for those who meet the above-noted criteria, and limited appointments are available by calling Ext. 52131. Individuals with previously scheduled appointments will be contacted by Student Health Services. Please note that walk-ins will not be accepted.
The University will hold a flu clinic Friday, Nov. 20, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for faculty, students and staff who meet the extended criteria. The clinic will be held in the Powell Building and people will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
