The Annual Summit of Universities Fighting World Hunger this year will celebrate a ten-year partnership with the World Food Programme. It is time to review our achievements and our challenges and to look forward to the next decade.
Through the Hunger Solutions Institute, university students and presidents have made a commitment to ending hunger. We need to push for change in the next decade. Join us to “Push forward for the next decade in ending Hunger”.
The early bird price for the Summit is $80 for students and $150 for general attendees. After December 26th, 2014 the price will increase to $100 for students and $180 for general attendees. Hotel accommodation is available through the registration process. The hotel rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. We have received discounted rates from all of the surrounding hotels. All meals will be provided.
The summit will begin on Friday afternoon February 20th and end on Sunday February 22nd at noon. Our facilities have a capacity for only 500 participants so do not delay with your registration!
There are convenient shuttles and buses from Lester B. Pearson International Airport (YYZ) in Toronto for those who are traveling by air. There is a discount code for those choosing to fly Air Canada and we are trying to arrange discounts with other carriers. The website will be updated as further information becomes available.
