[The video starts with Andres, a student with short dark brown hair and an 
athletics centre jacket, he smiles and nods as he speaks and begins to 
introduce himself.]

Andres:  Hi, I'm Andres,
and this is the Athletic Centre, a place where the Gryphon spirit lives.
Whether you're a varsity athlete like me, playing hockey,[cut to the small 
but beautiful shot of the skating blades hitting the ice hockey arena] or you 
want to play inner tube water polo, thereÕs something for everyone.
[Cut to an interior shot of the centre where Andres is exercising in the 
spacious gym, transition to athletes swimming, students are doing various 
activities and playing various sports like running, golfing and playing 
basketball in the enormous basketball court. Students are laughing, 
interacting with each other and playing foosball.]

Andres: A few years ago, we completed a $60 million renovation, with state-
of-the-art facilities.
[Students, thrilled with their time at the athletics centre, exit the Larry 
J. Pearson building adorned with university colours. They interact with each 
other, sharing smiles and lively conversations.]

Andres: If you want to, you can even watch Netflix while you run on the 
treadmill.

[Cut to a bustling rock-climbing wall. Students of varying skill levels are 
climbing, while the guide is climbing the wall to make sure students are safe 
and help them in anyway. The wall is brightly colored with various handholds 
and paths.]
We have everything, from a 40-foot rock climbing wall to plenty of yoga and 
spin class studios, the suspended running track.
[Cut to students enjoying a yoga class that can be very relaxing, students 
taking a cycling class and running on the running track]

Andres: We even have one of Canada's top intramural programs, with over 6,000 
students
participating each year. 

[Cut to an energetic basketball game in the athletics centre's basketball 
court. Students are actively playing and cheering each other on, creating a 
lively and engaging atmosphere, students enjoying and interacting with each 
other, one student practicing their swimming student is diligently swimming 
laps in the indoor pool, honing their skills with each stroke, students 
passionately working out on various gym equipment, including weight machines, 
and free weights. The energy is palpable as everyone focuses on their fitness 
routines]
Andres: We have four gyms, two pools, five squash courts, and our very own 
on-campus
football stadium.
[Transition to a lively football match where students are enthusiastically 
cheering and playing, creating a vibrant and enjoyable scene overlooking the 
crowd]

Andres: Over 90 fitness classes, from kickboxing, to Zumba, and even aquafit.

Andres: A night I'll never forget as a Gryphon is when we won the 104th 
Queen's Cup Championship,
(change in music)
In front of a packed arena of family and friends.

(upbeat music)

[Andres, dressed head-to-toe in university colors, is enthusiastically 
supporting his team. He witnesses a thrilling victory for the university, 
with students celebrating joyfully. It's a night Andres will never forget.]
