Beck’s Broth is a bone broth-based drink in powder form, and it recently won at the Canadian Health Foods Association West Expo in April.
Former HQP Scholar Domenique Mastronardi [1] and company CEO Beckie Prime were recently the recipients of the One to Watch award.
As an MASc student in the School of Engineering, Mastronardi researched the production of protein-rich snacks using second-grade/culled peaches.
