Cloud Center of Excellence
A Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) is a centralized Enterprise Architecture (EA) function that leads and governs cloud computing adoption within an organization. The CCOE allows central IT to:
- Oversee the development and execution of the organization's cloud strategy.
- Establish and provide cloud governance for all types of cloud service models - infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS) through appropriate guidelines and guardrails.
- Enable the business to choose the best solutions by acting as a cloud broker.
- Provide change leadership for cloud-related transformation and adoption of cloud best practices
