Welcome to the Program Management Office Website
The IT Program Management Office (PMO) supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the U of G IT Governance Council (ITGC) by providing greater oversight across all IT projects in progress at the University. This allows for greater visibility, more strategic decision making and reduced duplication of effort. The PMO will help to set and maintain standards and guidelines for project management at U of G.
This support includes:
- Program and project selection
- Assisting with resource management
- Providing guidance for delivering sound IT programs
- University-wide project management
- Supporting project risk identification and management
- Project change management through reporting and assessment.

About Us
Who We Are
The PMO team is a group of professionals certified in the areas of project management, change management, business analysis and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) from standards organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and Prosci.
