Wednesday January 14th, 5:30 - 7:00 pm University Centre 335 Interdisciplinary Field School in Agroecology – Institutionalizing Agroecology in Cuba, Successes and Challenges The Cuba Field School is open to students of all majors and disciplinary backgrounds and will be of particular interest to students in International Development, Crop Science, Environmental Studies, Environmental Governance, Organic Agriculture, and Rural & Agricultural Development.

Interested in studying abroad? Attend an information session! We have a wide variety of study abroad options for students in any program of study. Extend the capacity of your UG studies by participating in a Semester Abroad or Exchange program. 

Are you interested in teaching English in Korea? Learn how you can begin your international education career by attending this info session. Three delegates from the Ministry of Education will be visiting Guelph to give you more information about their two programs: Teach and Learn in Korea (TaLK) and the English Program in Korea (EPIK).

Departing Brazilian students on the Science Without Borders (SwB) scholarship program will celebrate their learning and success over the last 12-16 months in Canada. This event is a highlight of the year for CIP staff who have supported the students through their journies at UofG. We wish good luck to all departing SwB students and hope they make it back to Guelph someday!

The sessions provide information on your study abroad options, academic considerations, financing your study abroad and will help you with your decision making process. You can sign up here to attend.

One of the study abroad options that we offer at the CIP is the Semester Abroad program. Semesters abroad are formal University of Guelph semesters conducted overseas. India Semester Abroad participants will travel with a Guelph faculty member and up to 26 UG students, experiencing the Indian culture, living with a host family and travelling throughout India.
