CIP Stats and Information
642 Total U of G Student Participants (5.4% decrease from 22/23): CIP provides pre-departure orientation and emergency response services for all students going abroad.
- 278 in formal student abroad programs (exchange, field school, and research internships run by CIP)
- 364 in individual study/research, departmental. and co-op programs
CIP has administered the following external funds in travel grants and research funding this year:
- $325,000 in funding to assist U of G students studying abroad through the GSO Travel Grant, learn more here [1].
- $134,700 in funding to bring international students to Guelph, mostly for research. More about eligibility and applications here [2].

- Administration of Global Affairs Canada scholarships and internships
