Building Schedules
University of Guelph campus buildings equipped with Electronic Access (E.A.) door management may be equipped with an Unlock & Lock schedule wherever possible. Use of schedules greatly improves building access for campus community members.
*Interior Department doors equipped with E.A. have the option to utilize schedules.
- Schedules are a convenient and automatic method for opening and closing the doors for regular business hours.
- Schedules can easily be managed to accomodate special functions, unplanned closures, or vacation times.
- The schedules are determined by the building function, and department needs.
- Departments requesting E.A. door installations, please book a meeting with Physical Resources to discuss door schedules.
- To inquire about adding schedules to department E.A. doors, please request the department appointed E.A. Admin to contact the E.A. office at eaccess@uoguelph.ca
- All scheduling requests must be submitted no less than 48 hours in advance for programming.
- All E.A. doors are supplemented with the Global Campus Holiday schedule to manage building closure during holiday days, statutory holidays and closures due to inclement weather.
