What should departments do for Staff leaving the University?
The Human Resources Department at the University of Guelph maintains the Termination Check List.
Departments are responsible for adhering to this check list of duties including but not limited to the following:

U.of.G. I.D. cards are to be collected, to be deactivated.

Departments that employ a dedicated Electronic Access Administrator are to remove staff building access, or
-
Departments may also send Email to the Electronic Access Group, to remove employee’s building access at eaccess@uoguelph.ca
