• Understand watershed processes, agricultural management and anthropogenic influence on sediment, nutrient, and pathogen fate/transport
• Investigate the dynamics of Ephemeral Gully erosion
• Identify Critical Source Areas (CSA's) that produce high pollutant loads and recommend economically friendly BMPs
• Evaluate the impacts of climate change/variability and investigate mitigation/adaptation strategies
• Developing improved technologies to manage irrigation, drainage and water stress
• Usage of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's) and remote sensing in watershed management
