• Constitutive characterization of multi-phase (martensite, bainite, ferrite, pearlite) steels
• Development of novel metal forming processes: Tailored Hot Stamping of 22MnB5, Warm Forming and Hot Stamping of Aluminum alloys
• Low to high strain rate (and elevated temperature) material characterization
• Advanced Finite Element modeling of metal forming and impact/crash
