Andreas Boecker, Prof. at U of G's Department of Food, Agricultural & Resource Economics, FARE is speaking about GMO Labelling at the Food Regulatory and Quality Assurance Summit in Toronto on Oct. 20. He is joining three industry representatives as a member of the GMO Labelling Panel at this industry event. The panel addresses implications of current GMO labelling trends from the scientific, consumer and industry perspectives. A particular focus of the panel is on the impacts of international trends and developments on R&D and manufacturing in Canada.
