Andreas Boecker, Associate Professor and Undergraduate Program Coordinator was interviewed for an article about the GMO AquAdvantage Salmon, which was published on foodunfolded.com on May 16. This AquAdvantage Salmon was approved for human consumption in the USA by the FDA in 2015 and in Canada by Health Canada in 2016. Andreas is cited twice in the article.
