My research is related to greenhouse gas emissions and agriculture. My thesis relates to the dairy industry and is an attempt to determine the most cost effective means of reducing the impact of the sector on the environment. These include optimization of the ration to reduce enteric methane production, improving productive and reproductive performance of cattle, and optimizing practices related to manure, nutrients, and crops.
