The Food Science Department Financial Clerk, Leona Varga [1], provides support in booking the department vehicle for faculty, staff and graduate students.
Use of Food Science Department Vehicle
Department faculty, staff and graduate students can request use of the department vehicle for work, research or academic purposes.
Requests should be emailed to fsclerk@uoguelph.ca [2], and include

Name of driver
-
Date and time the vehicle is needed

Where the vehicle will be driven and purpose
Driver Conditions

All drivers must provide a valid “G” level Ontario Driver's License.

Faculty and staff using the department vehicle must have a current driver profile on file with the Financial Clerk.

Graduate students are required to complete a driver profile each time the vehicle is booked.
Use of Van
The vehicle keys and mileage binder are available from the Financial Clerk during normal office hours (8:30 am - noon & 1:00pm - 4:30pm).

Mileage must be recorded in the binder for each use.

The vehicle must be returned to a campus service vehicle parking spot.

Keys and binder are to be returned to the Financial Clerk after the trip.
