Will Leung (Lang HFTM BComm '00)
Will Leung is a leader in the Canadian restaurant scene. As Director of Culinary Operations at the Cactus Club Restaurant, Leung's responsible for opening all new restaurants in Eastern Canada and oversees all kitchen operations at their flagship downtown Toronto location at First Canadian Place. His degree from UofG and Lang has enabled Leung to lead high-performing teams to deliver top-shelf service and cuisine to some of Toronto's most discerning customers on Bay St.
