The University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) will be holding its 7th annual symposium "Plant-Based Menus, 'Fad' or Trend?" from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. on Wed. March 7th. Fantastic speakers include: Steven Salm (Chase Hospitality Group); Daniel Hadida (The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette); Sal Howell, Founder and Proprietor of the River Cafe & Deane House; Mark Hladik (Earls Restaurants) and Jason Jurchuk (Henry's Tempeh Inc.).
