Our Deep Dish Dialogues series this month will be celebrating Caribbean cuisine with Chef Warren Ford from George Brown College and University of Guelph’s Chancellor, Dr. Mary Anne Chambers. This fun hour-long event will include a discussion around Caribbean ingredients, cooking techniques and culture. This free event can be attended in-person at the Anita Stewart Memorial Food Lab or you can tune in and watch online.
