Open to the Public: This nine week course is held on Monday evenings. Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 [1] will teach you about the key grape varieties grown around the world, tasting techniques, the different styles of wine produced and the production of spirits and liqueurs. An exam will be held on week nine and successful candidates will receive a certification.
