Open to the Public: This seven week course is held on Sunday’s. The Level 3 Award in Wines [1] (Condensed version) is designed to give a more comprehensive coverage of wines of the world. Students will benefit from in-depth tastings where they will learn to identify product style and quality. An exam will be held on week seven and successful candidates will receive a certification.
