The Wine & Spirits Award in Wines certification is a beginner to intermediate level certification. Great for industry professionals, employees and wine enthusiasts.
You will gain knowledge of the principal and regional important grape varieties of the world, the regions in which they are grown, and the styles of wine they produce. Through tasting and theory, you will explore the factors that impact style and quality and learn how to describe these wines with confidence!
The 9-week world-renowned course will be held on Thursday's starting January 25th, 2024 in PJ's Restaurant - Macdonald Stewart Hall.
