SMART Training Platform Webinar, Trainee Series

This webinar will feature presentations from three of our trainees, each followed by a discussion period, making the webinar one hour in total duration, with each segment lasting approximately 20 minutes. This series is more than just a platform for sharing research; it’s an avenue for fostering feedback, encouraging future initiatives, and extending the reach of our trainees’ ground-breaking work to a broader audience, thereby amplifying it’s impact on society.

After a very long hiatus, the Human Kinetics Student Association (HKSA) at the University of Guelph is so excited to bring back the 51st annual HHNS Symposium on January 27th 2024 in the Summerlee Science Complex (SSC) Atrium from 9:30am-12:30pm! This year's theme is: Breaking Down the Elixir of Life, all about how to live a long and healthy life. Topics will include the effects of cannabis use on the cardiovascular system, nutrition and mental health, and the importance of physical activity and sleep.

Human Kinetics Student Association Trivia Night

The HKSA is hosting our HK Trivia Night on Wednesday, November 22nd from 5-7pm in SSC Room 2315. This event will be an epic trivia battle with a variety of categories, as well as a way to celebrate the end of the semester.  FREE food will be available to participants including pizza, fruit, vegetables and cookies! ~ The HKSA Team
