Accelerated Nursing Program Info Session

Are you considering a career in nursing? Would you like to know more about being a nurse? Do you want to learn about accelerated nursing programs and the admission requirements and application process? Join us for this session featuring speakers from McMaster University's School of Nursing!

Panelists will include:

• Dr Maria Pratt: Assistant Professor and Faculty Lead for the BScN Accelerated Stream, School of Nursing. Her clinical nursing background includes adult medical-surgical, critical care, emergency nursing, and women's health.
• Dr Kirsten Culver: Science Lead for the BScN Undergraduate Nursing Education Programs, and a permanent Teaching Stream Professor.
• Steve Gandza:  Registered Nurse with extensive experience in medical and surgical nursing.  He has also worked as a sessional faculty member at Mohawk College and Niagara college. He is currently the course planner for the professional practice courses for the Accelerated BScN Stream.

Panel presentation will be followed by a question and answer period. This session will be moderated by Julia Leary, Career Advisor.

Students from all programs and years are invited to attend this session!
