In the 90-minute virtual workshop "Influencing Without Authority: Strategies for University Staff & Faculty," participants will learn how to effectively influence others without formal power. The workshop begins with an engaging icebreaker, followed by an exploration of key influence principles such as reciprocity, commitment, and social proof, relevant to university contexts. Attendees will then develop practical strategies, including building relationships, effective communication, and leveraging data. Interactive discussions and activities will provide hands-on practice.
