Building on the foundations laid in Part 1, this interactive session will focus on the process of writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) through engaging tabletop exercises. Participants will dive deeper into creating effective, clear, and adaptable SOPs tailored to their business needs. You'll gain invaluable insights on refining existing SOPs, troubleshooting common implementation challenges, and ensuring that SOPs are seamlessly integrated into everyday workflows. This workshop will emphasize collaborative learning, with peer-to-peer discussions to enhance your understanding and confidence in SOP creation and maintenance.
Instructor
Ted Cogan, Deputy University Secretary Ted is responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the University Secretariat. Ted joined the University Secretariat in 2017 and has held a variety of roles with university-wide responsibility for policy, access to information, privacy, records management, and academic and non-academic misconduct.
