This workshop's foundation is Prosci’s Delivering Project Results Workshop. It uses participants' active projects to help project managers and change practitioners find a common language for successfully integrating change.
This results-oriented workshop examines your project's intent, objectives, scope, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and timelines to help project managers and teams adapt to change and understand its benefits.
At the end of this one-day experience, participants will be able to:
- Define change management.
- Lay the foundation for applying change management on projects to improve outcomes through increased adoption.
- Identify impacted employee groups.
- Understand how change management drives better adoption and usage.
- Build a common language and vision of change management.
- Build support for change management with project teams.
This workshop is designed to introduce project managers to the value of change management and help team members develop a common language for successfully integrating change. This course has a material cost of US$225 per participant, PMO will cover this cost.
