This workshop is composed of 2 parts held on April 3 and 24, 2025, 9 am - 11 am.
This course provides busy professionals with practical AI tools to enhance their productivity and future-proof their careers. Delivered in two interactive sessions and using hands-on practice, participants will learn how to use AI for both time saving and strategic use cases.
Part 1: Your Kickstart to an Unprecedented Level of Personal Productivity
- Foundation: An introduction to the landscape of AI tools (and a review of your AI policy).
- The PRIMER Prompt Framework: Master a six-step process for creating effective prompts. (which can be applied to any AI LLM)
- Saving Time with AI: Apply AI tools to do some of the things you currently do now, faster (and a little better).
- Strategic AI: How AI tools can amplify your strategic thinking, planning and innovation.
- A Focus on Productivity and Results: Core productivity practices & habits to help you get the most out of AI. (including how to use AI to spend less time in meetings !)
Part 2: To the Next Level with AI Productivity
- Saving More Time with AI: More use cases to help you save time and drive results.
- AI as a Strategic Thought Partner: More prompts and use cases to help you apply AI to drive innovation and strategic thinking.
- Planning & Prioritizing: Using AI to help you plan your projects and priorities.
- An Introduction to Custom GPTs: Clarifying what custom gpts are about and identifying 1 or 2 to start practicing with.
- Keeping the Focus on Productivity: More tools, habits and planning practices to help you use AI to drive results.
