In this engaging and interactive session, leaders will explore Kouzes and Posner’s practice of “Inspiring a Shared Vision” from The Leadership Challenge. Participants will delve into the art of envisioning an inspiring future and rallying others around a common purpose. Through guided discussions, real-world examples, and hands-on exercises, leaders will learn to clarify values, articulate a compelling vision, and connect their vision to the aspirations of their teams. This session will empower leaders to foster trust and enthusiasm, enabling them to tap into motivation and commitment within their organizations.
Learning Objectives:
- Clarify Personal and Organizational Values: Identify and articulate core values to build a foundation for an authentic and meaningful vision.
- Develop a Compelling Vision Statement: Learn techniques for crafting a vision that is aspirational, clear, and engaging.
- Inspire and Align Teams: Understand how to communicate the vision effectively, connecting it to the goals and values of team members to foster collaboration and commitment.
