This two-part session is being held on January 23, 2025, 10 am - 11:30 am and February 12, 2025, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm.
These two 90-minute sessions are for individuals looking to move forward after challenging projects, difficult interactions or relationships. Holding onto resentment, frustration or anger can lead to prolonged stress and anxiety. These unresolved emotions can take a toll on your mental and emotional well-being, reduce focus and your overall job satisfaction. In these sessions you will discover research based practices for forgiveness and letting go, and learn how they can impact your emotional well-being and contribute to more satisfying workplace dynamics. Through engaging discussions, practical exercises, and proven techniques, you'll explore how to release past grievances, improve your well-being, and enhance productivity.
