It’s that time of year again when running shoes are looking more attractive than your clunky winter boots! Isn’t it time to follow through with your New Year’s resolution to get fit?
Occupational Health and Wellness is offering a FREE Learn-to-Run Clinic. Over a 12-week period you will slowly increase your running ability, muscle strength, and endurance all while making new friends and connections at the University of Guelph. The program is runs every Monday and Wednesday at noon, meeting in front of the John Powell Building.
