The weather is getting nice, it’s time to break out your running shoes and walk this way!
Occupational Health and Wellness is offering a FREE Walking Program. Over a 6-week period you will increase your endurance, strengthen your bones and muscles, and improve balance and coordination all while making new friends and connections at the University of Guelph.
