We are pleased to announce that all employees are now able to view and change their banking and personal contact information through the new Human Resources Employee Self-Service portal [1] using their UofG central log in and password. In addition to making address and banking information changes, this portal also allows you to access your electronic pay statement, your retirement pension portal and the Sun Life Financial website.
The self-service portal can be accessed through the "employee self-service" button located on the Human Resources home page [2].
While HR will still accept change request information via paper, you are strongly encouraged to enter your information through the portal. If you use the portal to change your banking information, you will receive a notification indicating on which pay date the new information will take effect.
