Come join the Business Career Development Centre online, as we welcome Lang alum, Delaney Stoneman for an hour-long Q&A session.
Delaney Stoneman is an HR professional with over 5 years of experience specializing in compensation solutions and data-driven HR processes. She’s currently serving as a Manager, Compensation Solutions with Scotiabank. Delaney is responsible for working with Total Rewards to implement Scotiabank’s specialized incentive plans. Prior to this role, Delaney held various positions within the bank, including being an Administrator for both Benefits and Hire & Onboarding.
Delaney graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, holding a major in Leadership and Organizational Management and a minor in Marketing Management.
