Dr. Statia Elliot , Director & Associate Professor, School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management, and College of Business and Economics Fellow in Market Dynamics, University of Guelph will present her latest work on " The Most Influential Tourism Brands: North American perceptions of brand character and personality of the top brands worldwide".
