National Panel Discussion on "Sustainability in Canadian Foodservice"

The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) will host a National Panel Discussion on "Sustainability in Canadian Foodservice" on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 5:30-7:00pm at the Lifetime Learning Centre, Ontario Veterinary College, Room 1714. The panel will discuss current and future issues of sustainability, such as Energy Conservation. Local Food, Foodservice Design and Certification.
