UNLOCK YOUR FUTURE -Women in Technology Mentorship Program! Scotiabank's UNLOCK YOUR FUTURE Program is a selective program designed for female-identifying first and second-year students who have an interest in technology. Our program supports and develops women early in their academic career by providing exposure, insights and opportunities to learn about the technology space from experienced professionals.

We're looking for pioneers - individuals who don't back down from challenges and are passionate about serving their teammates and communities. We're looking for leaders who are ready to take the next step in launching their careers and are excited about their development. They have a strong academic background with a proven track record of quality business contributions and some leadership experience. The LDP is ultimately designed to be challenging with purposeful work specifically tailored to cultivating leaders.
