Do you have a website but don't how to update it, or maybe just want a fresh look? The world of web development can be pretty complicated, but this workshop will give you the confidence to choose the right platform for you. Topics Covered:

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: 1. Explain the purpose and benefits of the PCDR. 2. Navigate in Experience Guelph to the steps needed to complete validation. 3. Differentiate between strong and weak reflection. 4. Complete all validation tasks through the use of an example. 5. Locate relevant resources on the EL website.  Audience: Students The same workshop is offered on March 17th and March 31st; please only register for one.

Dr. Hadiya Roderique will explore the importance of equality and why it benefits everyone. She will challenge the barriers to integrating diversity and inclusion and show the power behind a more equitable workplace. In 2017, Dr. Roderique sparked discussion in boardrooms across Canada with her viral Globe and Mail feature essay, "Black on Bay Street.” The author and lawyer was named one of Canada’s 25 Most Influential Lawyers in 2018, and was recognized with the Rising Star award from the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers.

This workshop is intended to answer those foundational questions and to increase confidence for absolute beginners.
