Lauren Malach is on a mission to help people put their talents to work. As a coach, she is grounded in the following beliefs:

A former executive recruiter and four-time career re-inventor, Lauren founded of The Career Wayfinding Method, a career mapping program for people at pivotal moments. She is a Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation, a Certified Designing Your Life Coach and a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner.
